(c) «Commercial usage» means any practice or method of dealing that is observed in a place, profession or business so regularly that it can reasonably be expected to be observed in connection with the transaction in question. The existence and extent of such commercial use must be proven by facts. If it is found that such use is contained in a commercial code or similar document, the interpretation of the document is a question of law.
